Ingredients / 配料
- Minyak Sayuran, Serai, Lengkuas, Kunyit, Bawang Putih, Daun Limau Purut, Bawang Merah, Cili, Belacan, Cuka, Garam, Gula, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) seabgai penambah perisa yang dibenarkan, Pengawet diluluskan (Sodium Benzoate E211).
- Vegetable Oil, Lemongrass, Galangal, Turmeric, Garlic, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Shallots, Chili, Shrimp Paste, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) as permitted flavour enhancer, Permitted Preservative (Sodium Benzoate E211).
- 植物油,香茅,南姜,黄姜,蒜,辣椒,枫柑叶,大葱,马来盏,醋,盐,糖,含可食用增味剂(谷氨酸-钠E621),准许防腐剂(苯酸钠E211)。
Cara Memasak
- Tumis 1 bungkus Master 1 Pes Kari Kapitan sampai harum, masukkan 600gm daging ayam, kacau rata sehingga sebati dengan api sederhana.
- Masukkan 200ml air dan masak sehingga didih (tambah 150ml santan atau susu mengikut kesukaan).
- Masak daging ayam sehingga empuk dan kuah mengental sesuai selera (masukkan 3-4 keping daun limau purut mengikut kesukaan).
- Nota: Untuk penyediaan daging lembu atau kambing, daging harus direbus terlebih dahulu sehingga empuk, kemudian dimasak mengikut cara yang dicadangkan.
Cooking Method
- Saute 1 packet of Master 1 Kapitan Curry Paste over a low heat, add 600gm chicken briefly.
- Stir in 200ml water bring to boil, add in 150ml coconut milk or fresh milk as preferred.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked and gravy has thickened, (may add 4-5 pieces kaffir lime leaves and simmer for a minute or 2 to release its aroma).
- Notes: For red meat – beef or mutton, please parboil the meat until tender before following the cooking method as recommended.
烹调方式
- Sup: Masukkan 1 paket Pes Tom Yam dalam 800ml air. Selepas didih, masukkan bahan-bahan dan mereneh.
Lain-lain makanan: Sup stimbot, bihun goreng, nasi goreng, ikan kukus. - Soup: Put 1 packet of Tom Yam Paste into 800ml water. Bring it to a boil, then add in ingredients. Simmer it until all ingredients are tender.
Other dishes: Steamboat soup, fried rice vermicelli, fried rice. - 汤:将1包《张天厨冬炎酱》放入800毫升水里。煮滚侯,加入材料至熟即可。
其它菜肴:火锅汤,炒冬炎米粉,炒东炎饭,冬炎蒸鱼。
