Bahan-bahan
- Cooking Oil, Sugar, Onion, Curry Powder, Dried Shrimp, Garlic, Shrimp Paste, Oyster Sauce, Lemongrass, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) as Permitted Flavour Enhancer, Salt, Chili, Torch Ginger Flower, Curry Leaves, Permitted Preservative (Sodium Benzoate E211).
- 食油、糖、洋葱、咖喱粉、虾米、蒜、马来盏、蚝油、香茅、含可食用增味剂(谷酸钠-钠E621)、盐、辣椒、姜花、咖喱叶、准许防腐剂(苯酸钠E211)。
- Minyak Masak, Gula, Bawang, Serbuk Kari, Udang Kering, Bawang Putih, Belacan, Sos Tiram, Serai, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) sebagai Penambah Perisa yang dibenarkan, Garam, Cili, Daun Kari, Pengawet diluluskan (Sodium Benzoate E211).

Cooking Method
- Pour in 1 Tbsp oil, onion, curry leaves, chili, SpicyMama Kam Hiong Sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add in 100ml water and stir fry until fragrant.
- Pour in 1kg clams OR 500g fried chicken and stir-fry.

- 倒入1大匙油、大葱、咖喱叶、小辣椒和SpicyMama《甘香酱》,炒至香味溢出。
- 倒入100毫升水,炒香。
- 倒入1公斤啦啦(蛤蜊)或炸好的500克鸡肉炒香。
Cara Memasak
- Masukkan 1 sudu minyak masak, bawang, daun kari, cili padi dan SpicyMama Kam Hiong Sauce.
- Tambahkan 100ml air dan masak sampai harum.
- Tambahkan 500g makanan atau ayam goreng dan terus kacau sehingga wangi.
