www.spicymama.com is a site operated by Hot SpicyMama Pte. Ltd. We are registered in Singapore under the Business Registration Number 202107058W and with our registered office at 62 Ubi Road 1 #05-04 Oxley Bizhub 2, Singapore 408734.

2. Service Availability

Our site is only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore. Oversea orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country, will be taken care separately under special request.

3. How the Contract is formed between You and Us

After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All telephone and on-line orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you either during our telephone conversation or email. The contract between us will only be formed when we deliver the items to you.

4. Order, Price and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in SGD.
  2. All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
  3. Subjected to actual stock availability, item orders may be replaced with alternatives subjected to a verbal or written confirmation with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded of the amount paid.
  4. All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 3 business days unless otherwise advised eg Pre-order. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
  5. For bulk order, you may send your order requests to spicymamasg@outlook.com. We will respond to your enquiry within 2 working days. You may also contact us directly by calling +65-90995966 Charmaine or +65-87196190 Ling during our office hours 9:00am-5:00pm.
  6. You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you select, when you check out your orders.
  7. While we will ensure timely delivery by assigned third party logistic provider, we are not liable if there may be delay under unforeseen circumstances by the logistic provider.  For urgent delivery, please communicate with us through phone to ensure we are able to specially cater your needs.

5. Return and Refunds

  1. Goods received in good order and conditions are non-returnable and non-refundable. Strictly no cancellation of orders will be permitted.
  2. We appreciate that all customer (or third party representing you) check the completeness of their order when delivered. We are unable to exchange, return or refund once order had been received and signed when delivered.
  3. Any cancellation or changes with regards to your order must be made within 1 day from the date order is placed, or before the order is processed. No cancellation or changes to the order once the order is packed.
  4. Should you have any dissatisfaction with regards to your order, you may whatsapp +65-90995966 Charmaine or +65-87196190 Ling or email spicymamasg@outlook.com to discuss. For food safety reason, should there be any fault with regards to your order, exchange is only available within 2 days from the date your items are delivered.

6. Images, Designs and Copyrights

All images used are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products’ label may differ from time to time due to the change of designs and market direction, including SFA food label requirements.

Terms and Conditions for Orders & Delivery

1. General

  • All prices listed are in SGD.

  • All orders are subjected to acceptance based on the products’ availability. While Spicy Mama will do its utmost to fulfil the order, we are not liable if there may be a delay in your order’s delivery under unforeseen circumstances.
  • Spicy Mama reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions listed here without prior notice.

2. Orders

  • All orders placed BEFORE 5pm will be processed on the same day for next day delivery subject to availability of delivery slots.
  • All orders placed AFTER 5pm will be processed the next day.
  • Orders can be placed up to maximum of 14 days (2 weeks) in advance.
  • All online orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered during checkout.

3. Cancellations, Amendments and Returns

  • Goods received in good order and conditions are non-returnable and non-refundable. Kindly check your items upon collection or delivery.
  • Strictly no cancellation of orders will be permitted.
  • Amendments to the orders will be subjected to acceptance based on the following conditions:
    – Change of items of the same value
    – Please contact us by 5pm at least 2 days before your delivery
  • Spicy Mama reserves the right to accept or reject any change request based on the availability of resources and manpower to facilitate the necessary requirements.
