Rendang DRY CURRY RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 Packet SpicyMama Dry Curry Paste
- 1.2 KG Boneless Chicken
- 100 ml Water
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Large Potatoes Optional
Instructions
- Pour 200gms SpicyMama Rendang Paste and stir
- Add 1.2kg of boneless chicken stir until cooked
- Add 100ml of water stir fry until the chicken is cooked
- Add in diced potatoes if you like
- Add 200ml of cocostory coconut milk
