Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Prawn
  • 1 Small Sliced Ginger
  • 1 Pkt SpicyMama Mammy Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add sliced ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • Add the cleaned prawns and stir-fry until they start to turn pink.
  • Add SpicyMama Mammy Sauce and toss to coat the prawns evenly.
  • Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until the prawns are cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve hot with rice or noodles.
