Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Prawn
- 1 Small Sliced Ginger
- 1 Pkt SpicyMama Mammy Sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the cleaned prawns and stir-fry until they start to turn pink.
- Add SpicyMama Mammy Sauce and toss to coat the prawns evenly.
- Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until the prawns are cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
